Namafu are on the center dish. Namafu is a traditional Japanese food made from wheat gluten, soft and elastic.

If you like to buy Namafu or Namafu Manju(Cake), you should go to Fuka shop,  https://goo.gl/maps/6J1ab near Marutamachi station of subway.

The Fuka shop has value just to look at the building of traditional Machiya(old merchant's house)
